The HN-300 controller offers the following functional features:

1. Impulse riveting adopts PID closed-loop control algorithm technology for instant heating and instant cooling；
2. The riveting controller monitors the temperature curve during the riveting process in real time to achieve precise temperature adjustment；
3. The riveting controller has 485 and Ethernet communication interface, which is convenient for riveting parameter setting and reading；
4. 5 sets of programs can be stored to facilitate the riveting parameters of various products；
5. Parameter setting has a password authority function to prevent misuse；
6. Pulse riveting compared with plastic hot air riveting and hot plate riveting,the biggest advantage is that it will not affect the performance of the installed device due to its heat source quality,especially suitable for thermal riveting of installed LED and electronic component boards
