The Dual-head Heat Staking Tip is a tool specifically designed for use with the Pulse Plastic Heat Staking Equipment, serving the purpose of heat staking plastic components. Common applications include the assembly of PCB boards with plastic parts, the joining of metal components with plastic parts, the integration of motor coils into plastic enclosures, the assembly of LED circuit boards with plastic components, and the joining of various plastic-to-plastic components. Primarily employed in the automotive, consumer electronics, and medical machinery manufacturing sectors, Dual-head Heat Staking Tip facilitate the assembly of plastic components.
During the plastic heat staking process, the Dual-head Heat Staking Tip functions as both a heating element and a forming die. Employing pulse heating technology, the Pulse Plastic Heat Staking Controller raises the Dual-head Heat Staking Tip to the specified temperature. Subsequently, the Dual-head Heat Staking Tip transfers heat to the plastic stakes, causing a gradual melting and deformation of the plastic stakes. Once the designated heating time elapses, the Pulse Plastic Heat Staking Controller controls the air valve to release cold air, effectively cooling down both the Dual-head Heat Staking Tip and the plastic stakes. Simultaneously, the Dual-head Heat Staking Tip assists in solidifying and shaping the plastic stakes.
