The controller employs a PID closed-loop control algorithm to precisely regulate and stabilize the heating temperature, ensuring accurate temperature control in the riveting zone. By utilizing pulse riveting technology, it reduces the consumption of screws and adhesives, thereby promoting environmental sustainability and enabling lightweight product designs. Additionally, it maintains the quality of surrounding components during the riveting process, making it well-suited for heat staking applications involving pre-installed LEDs and electronic component boards.
The controller can store up to 5 sets of programs, with each program consisting of 3 parameter groups. Each parameter group supports 4 temperature segments, catering to various riveting requirements in different scenarios. The storage capability of multiple parameter sets eliminates the hassle of reconfiguring parameters when switching between different products. The parameter settings feature password authorization to prevent unauthorized parameter settings or modifications. The controller is also equipped with 485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, facilitating parameter configuration and retrieval.
